We invite you to continue our training series led by experienced psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and psychologists. The program is designed for a wide range of professionals who work with infants and their families, including physicians, midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, educators, psychologists, and anyone interested in the topic. During the training, participants will explore new topics related to infant mental health, gain insights into the functioning of infants’ psyches, and better understand their relationship with caregivers and the environment. The trainings provide an opportunity to gain professional knowledge about what to pay attention to and what may be concerning when interacting with young children and their caregivers. Sessions will be held online via Zoom, in a series of three meetings from 12:00–15:00 on the following dates: October 17, 2025 November 21, 2025 December 12, 2025 Fees: Single 3-hour session – 90 PLN Full cycle (three 3-hour sessions) – 250 PLN Training Description In this edition, we will discuss topics related to parenting, the influence of environment on child development and mental health, and the understanding and significance of difficult emotions and behaviors in the youngest children. The training is aimed at anyone interested in infant mental health and those working (or wishing to work) with infants and their families. Organized by the Polish Association for Infant Mental Health, the lectures will be delivered by psychologists, psychotherapists, PIP psychoterapists, and child psychiatrists from the Child Psychiatry Department in Józefów. Scientific Director: Dr. Lidia Popek, MD – pediatrician, child and adolescent psychiatrist, certified psychotherapist and supervisor (Polish Psychiatric Association), Regional Consultant for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Mazovia, Head of the Child Psychiatry Department in Józefów. Each training meeting consists of three lectures. We encourage participation in the full series, though registration for selected sessions is also possible.
