Terms and Conditions of Use of the Logo of the Polish Association for Infant Mental Health

1. The subject of these Terms and Conditions is the Logo of the Polish Association for Infant Mental Health, which has been established by the Association’s Management Board.
2. The Association permits the use of the Logo by natural and legal persons who are ordinary and honorary members of the Association. The right to use 3. the Logo is granted to members of the Association who are up to date with their membership fees.
4. The Logo must be used in a manner that prevents its distortion. In particular, it is prohibited to remove or add any verbal or graphic elements to the Logo. The Logo design is attached to these Regulations.
5. There are no restrictions on the size of the Logo, but the proportions of its individual elements must be maintained.
6. The purpose of using the Logo is to promote the activities of the Association and to inform that a given entity is a member of the Association.
7. Members of the Association may place the Association’s Logo and the phrase: “I am a member of the Polish Association for Infant Mental Health” or “Member of the Polish Association for Infant Mental Health” on their websites.
The Logo placed on websites and in electronic publications should be accompanied by a link to the Association’s website: www.paimh.pl.
8. The Association’s logo may not be used commercially to promote events, products, or services, unless the entity receives the Management Board’s consent to sponsor the event.
9. The person using the Logo is obliged to ensure that it is not used in a manner contrary to the Regulations, in particular that it is not placed in publications and materials that violate the law or threaten to violate the personal rights of the Association.
10. In the event of resignation from membership or removal from the Association, the right to use the Logo shall cease.
11. The Association’s Management Board may also authorize other entities to use the Logo by way of a separate agreement.
12. In the event of a violation of these Regulations, the Management Board may suspend the right to use the Logo for a period of 1 to 3 years.
13. The Association’s Management Board reserves the right to change the Logo.
14. The Association’s Management Board has the right to amend the Regulations, and such amendments shall take effect upon their announcement to the members of the Association, unless the Association decides otherwise.
15. The Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their adoption by the Association’s Management Board, i.e. September 20, 2024.
