We invite you to the 3rd edition of our training series led by experienced physicians, psychotherapists, and psychologists. The program is addressed to a wide range of professionals who work with infants and their families — including doctors, midwives, nurses, physiotherapists, educators, psychologists, and all those interested in this topic.

The training provides an opportunity to explore the functioning of the infant’s psyche and to gain professional knowledge about what to pay attention to and what may raise concern in interactions with young children.

The sessions will be held online via the Zoom platform, in a series of four meetings from 12:00 to 15:00 on the following dates

Training Description
The aim of the training is to provide participants with knowledge about infant mental health, the parent–infant bond, infant trauma, mental health disorders that appear or begin during infancy, and the possibilities of early intervention.

The training is intended for a broad audience interested in infant mental health — professionals working with, or planning to work with, infants and their families.

Lectures will be delivered by psychologists, psychotherapists, parent–infant psychotherapists, and physicians from the Child Psychiatry Department in Józefów.

Scientific Director:

Dr. Lidia Popek, MD, PhD – pediatrician, specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry, certified psychotherapist and supervisor (Scientific Section of Psychotherapy and Family Therapy, Polish Psychiatric Association), Regional Consultant for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Mazovia, and Head of the Child Psychiatry Department in Józefów.
Each session consists of three lectures. We encourage participation in all sessions, but it is also possible to register for selected dates.
